Ticket prices will be confirmed nearer the show

Tickets for the show can be bought in four ways :

1. By telephone to either the Stanley Lamplight Arts Centre or The Empire Theatre Consett
2. By mail using the booking form available in the 'What's On' leaflet
3. By Internet from: www.derwentside.org.uk/Whatson Tickets can be bought online up to 2 hours before a performance. All tickets purchased online can be collected from the Box Office prior to the performance.
4. By calling into the booking offices of either the Lamplight Arts Centre or Empire Theatre.

All tickets to be collected from the Lamplight Box Office must be up to a minimum 15 minutes before the performance.

Reservations

Seats can be reserved without payment for up to 5 days. With the exception of large group bookings, tickets cannot be kept for longer than 5 days without full payment. Reservations not paid within 5 days may be cancelled. However in the 5 days leading up to the show all tickets must be paid for at the time of booking and no reservations will be taken.

Concessions

Concessions for children are for those aged 2-15 years inclusive. Senior citizens are those aged over 60 years, both male and female. Students must hold a valid NUS card. Disabled customers do not automatically receive a discount, but registered carers attending with them are admitted free.

Reservations Policy: Tickets must be paid for within 5 days of making the reservation. All tickets booked within 5 days of the show must be paid for at the time of booking.

Credit / Debit cards payments are welcome both in person and over the telephone
